By using Sol Good Media, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Service. We may update these Terms occasionally and will notify you of significant changes.
Account Registration
You must be 18 or older (or 13-17 with parental permission) to use our Service. When creating an account, provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
Subscriptions
Plans:
- Monthly: $6.99/month
- Annual: $48/year ($4.00/month)
Free Trial: New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You need a payment method to start, but won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you'll keep access until then. Refunds are generally not available except as required by law.
Use of Service
You may use our Service for personal, non-commercial listening. You agree NOT to:
- Download, record, copy, or share our content
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer or hack our Service
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
- Violate any laws or infringe on others' rights
Intellectual Property
All content on our Service is owned by Sol Good Media or used with permission. You get a limited license to stream content for personal use only. You cannot download, copy, distribute, or use our content commercially. If you submit content to us (like reviews), you grant us permission to use it.

Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (individual basis only, no class actions) except where injunctive relief is needed. You waive your right to a jury trial.
